Key Responsibilities:
- Customer relationship for collection and solving billing/ledger-related issues.
- Following up and maintaining relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Basic Knowledge of Tax Compliance like GST, TDS, etc.
Requirements:
- Excellent email skills
- Good time management skills.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of prior experience in corporate/Saas/Startups infrastructure
- Basic computer skills with preferable prior experience working with accounting software like SAP, Oracle, Quickbook, Tally etc
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, superiors, and customers.
