Job Summary
Mannat Group of Hotels is looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant in Kiratpur. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience in managing restaurant operations, staff, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Supervise service staff and ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor food and beverage service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.
- Support staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor inventory, reduce wastage, and assist with stock control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or QSRs.
- Experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or Shift Manager is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant POS systems and MS Office.
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹27,000 per month (based on experience)
