Prior barista experience is an advantage, but NOT mandatory.

Role & Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages as per Intensity Brew standards
Learn and follow proper espresso preparation, milk steaming and beverage recipes
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment
Assist with stock handling, preparation and daily inventory requirements
Provide friendly and professional service to customers
Follow standard operating procedures and maintain consistency in every beverage
Learn and improve coffee knowledge, brewing techniques and barista skills
