About the Role
Chandi Hospitality Group is looking for an energetic and results-driven Marketing Executive – Business Development to promote Curry & Hops and Currylane Kitchen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with local organizations, and increasing corporate catering, group dining, and event bookings.
This is an on-field role that requires regular visits to businesses, corporate offices, residential communities, educational institutions, and other organizations in and around Mohali.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Curry & Hops and Currylane Kitchen to businesses and organizations across Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, and nearby areas.
- Develop relationships with:
- Corporate offices
- IT companies
- Industrial units
- Real estate developers and housing societies
- Universities, colleges, and educational institutions
- Hospitals and healthcare facilities
- Banks and financial institutions
- Travel companies and event organizers
- Hotels and local businesses
- Generate corporate catering, office lunch, bulk food orders, and event bookings.
- Identify partnership opportunities and create long-term business relationships.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, food sampling, and marketing activities.
- Conduct regular sales visits and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Coordinate with restaurant operations to ensure smooth execution of corporate orders and events.
- Achieve monthly revenue and business development targets.
- Maintain records of meetings, leads, and business opportunities.
- Represent the restaurants professionally at networking events and community programs.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, B2B sales, hospitality sales, or corporate partnerships.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with extensive field work.
- Knowledge of the Mohali, Chandigarh, and Panchkula market is preferred.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
