Job description:
We are seeking a results-driven LinkedIn Lead Generation & Growth Specialist to help expand our client base and generate qualified business opportunities for our IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing LinkedIn outreach strategies, identifying potential clients, nurturing prospects, and supporting business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute LinkedIn lead generation strategies to identify potential clients for IT services and solutions.
- Optimize company and leadership LinkedIn profiles to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers.
- Build and manage prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
- Conduct personalized outreach campaigns through LinkedIn messaging and connection requests.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales/business development team.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize outreach strategies.
- Create engaging LinkedIn content to increase visibility, credibility, and inbound inquiries.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM systems.
- Track key metrics including connection rates, response rates, meeting bookings, and lead conversions.
- Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithm changes, best practices, and emerging lead generation techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in LinkedIn lead generation, social selling, or B2B business development.
- Experience working with IT services, software development, AI, SaaS, or technology companies.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar.
- Ability to create personalized outreach campaigns that drive engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting lead generation targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
