### Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented **Civil QA/QC Engineer** to join our project team in Panipat, Haryana. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities on-site, ensuring that construction processes, materials, and workmanship strictly comply with project specifications, design drawings, and relevant Indian Standards (IS codes).
### Key Responsibilities
* **Site Quality Inspection:** Manage and execute end-to-end QA/QC activities across all construction phases, including excavation, PCC (Plain Cement Concrete), formwork, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, structural works, backfilling, and finishing works.
* **Documentation & Planning:** Prepare and implement the Field Quality Plan (FQP), Method Statements, and standard operating procedures for various civil activities. Maintain detailed inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and quality logs.
* **Material & Concrete Quality Control:** Monitor Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) operations, slump tests, and concrete casting. Coordinate and witness mandatory laboratory testing for construction materials (aggregates, cement, steel, bricks, etc.).
* **Geotechnical Testing:** Supervise and verify soil compaction tests (Core Cutter/Sand Replacement methods) and ensure backfilling layers meet structural density requirements.
* **Compliance:** Ensure all site execution strictly adheres to relevant **IS Codes** and approved technical specifications. Identify quality deviations, suggest corrective actions, and ensure their timely close-out.
### Required Technical Skills
* Thorough knowledge of **Indian Standards (IS codes)** related to civil construction and material testing.
* Practical experience in conducting and analyzing construction material tests (destructive and non-destructive).
* Hands-on experience with RMC quality control, mix design checks, and concrete curing protocols.
* Proficiency in interpreting structural drawings, FQPs, and technical specifications.
* Good communication and report-writing skills to interface effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
