Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a mandatory background in the construction industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting processes, taxation, vendor management, project accounting, and statutory compliance. Candidates without construction industry experience will not be considered.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Manage complete accounting operations and bookkeeping.
- Maintain project-wise accounts and cost records.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process vendor bills, contractor payments, and subcontractor accounts.
- Prepare GST returns and ensure timely tax compliance.
- Manage TDS deductions, filings, and reconciliations.
- Maintain cash flow records and expense tracking.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities as required.
- Verify purchase orders, invoices, and payment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Support management with financial analysis and reporting.
Required Skills :
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in construction industry accounting is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and accounts simultaneously
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
