Job Title: PPC Specialist (Pay-Per-Click Specialist)
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven PPC Specialist to plan, implement, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience with search, display, video, and social media advertising, along with strong analytical skills to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads Manager, and other advertising networks.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Create and optimize ad copy, landing page recommendations, and campaign structures.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting strategies.
- Analyze campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and quality scores.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Manage remarketing and audience segmentation campaigns.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Experience with keyword research and PPC tools.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, tag management, and attribution models.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with e-commerce advertising and lead generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and landing page optimization.
