About the Role
Visko Group is looking for a highly skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer with 2–5 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Prompt Engineering.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing intelligent solutions, building and optimizing ML/AI models, working with LLMs, designing effective prompts, and integrating AI solutions into business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, train, test, and deploy AI/ML models.
- Develop scalable solutions using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
- Design, test, and optimize high-quality prompts for LLM-based applications.
- Build applications using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Generative AI APIs.
- Perform prompt evaluation and optimization to improve accuracy, consistency, relevance, and response quality.
- Work with structured and unstructured data, including data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and analysis.
- Develop predictive, classification, recommendation, and automation models.
- Integrate AI/ML models with applications through APIs and backend services.
- Work with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and retrieval systems.
- Monitor model performance and continuously optimize AI solutions.
- Collaborate with software developers, data analysts, product teams, and business stakeholders.
- Research emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to implement them within the organization.
Required Technical SkillsProgramming & Machine Learning
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and statistics.
- Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
- Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Good knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Understanding of model evaluation, feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and optimization.
Generative AI & Prompt Engineering
- Strong practical knowledge of Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar LLMs.
- Knowledge of zero-shot, few-shot, role-based, structured, and instruction-based prompting.
- Experience developing prompts for:
- Content generation
- Data extraction
- Classification
- Summarization
- Question answering
- Business automation
- Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Knowledge of embeddings and vector databases.
- Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks is preferred.
- Understanding of AI Agents and AI workflow automation is an advantage.
Deployment & Tools
- Experience with REST APIs and Git/GitHub.
- Knowledge of Docker and deployment practices.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
- Understanding of CI/CD and MLOps is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant AI/ML certifications or strong project experience will be an advantage.
Experience
2–5 years of hands-on professional experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, Generative AI, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Practical experience building and deploying AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of LLMs and Prompt Engineering.
- Ability to convert business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn emerging AI technologies.
- Experience working on real-world GenAI/LLM projects will be highly preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
