At Next2Skin, we're looking for someone who wants to build those systems. You'll work directly with the Founder to improve execution, remove bottlenecks, connect departments and help transform a fast-growing business into a professionally managed organization.

Your Mission
Your job is not to run departments.
Your job is to make every department run better.
You will drive execution, improve business processes, implement systems, lead cross-functional projects and provide the Founder with clear business visibility.
What You'll Do
· Drive the company's weekly, monthly and quarterly operating rhythm.
· Coordinate Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Product Development and Ecommerce.
· Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
· Manage strategic projects such as ERP, automation, AI adoption and new product launches.
· Build dashboards, MIS and business performance reports.
· Analyze data and recommend improvements in sales, inventory, margins, working capital and productivity.
· Develop SOPs, governance frameworks and knowledge management systems.
· Track strategic priorities and ensure execution on behalf of the Founder.
· Improve organizational accountability, planning and cross-functional collaboration.

· The Founder spends significantly less time on operational follow-ups.
· Projects are delivered on time with clear ownership.
· Departments collaborate seamlessly.
· Business dashboards provide real-time visibility.
· Operational bottlenecks are proactively identified and solved.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
