Job Description
Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design and development for Airport and Commercial projects from concept to execution stage.

Prepare and review design drawings, detailed working drawings, and construction documentation.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC, and other consultants to ensure integrated design solutions.

Ensure compliance with aviation authority guidelines, local building codes, fire safety norms, and regulatory standards.

Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications.
-
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.

Support tender documentation, BOQ preparation, and technical evaluation of vendors.

Participate in client meetings and presentations.
-
Mentor junior architects and guide the design team.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within budget constraints
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s in Architecture from a recognized institution.
-
15 years of relevant experience in Airport and Commercial building projects.
-
Strong knowledge of NBC, international airport design standards, and commercial building regulations.
