Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to identify, pitch, and close new client deals for our digital marketing, AI automation, and web development services. This is a full-time, salaried role ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, relationship building, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and freelance platforms
- Pitch Nova's services including Meta Ads, SEO, AI automation, and web development
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Coordinate with the founder on proposal creation and client onboarding
- Achieve monthly targets for leads generated and deals closed
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition preferred
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not mandatory for the right candidate
