Job Summary
The Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling enquiries, supporting admissions, maintaining records, coordinating communication, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment while adhering to school policies.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Reception
* Welcome and assist parents, visitors, and guests courteously.
* Manage the reception area and maintain a professional ambience.
* Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and enquiries promptly.
* Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per school protocols.
Admissions & Parent Relations
* Provide admission information and guide prospective parents through the admission process.
* Schedule campus visits, counselling sessions, and meetings.
* Coordinate admission documentation and maintain applicant records.
* Address parent queries and ensure timely follow-up.
Administrative Support
* Maintain student records, files, and official documents.
* Prepare letters, certificates, circulars, and reports as required.
* Coordinate courier services and inward/outward correspondence.
* Support school events, meetings, and administrative activities.
Communication & Coordination
* Liaise with academic, transport, accounts, and administrative departments.
* Share important information with parents through approved communication channels.
* Ensure effective coordination between departments for smooth school operations.
Office Management
* Maintain office supplies and stationery inventory.
* Ensure confidentiality of student and school records.
* Follow school policies regarding safety, security, and data privacy.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
* Diploma or certification in Office Administration or Customer Relations (Preferred).
Experience
* 2–5 years of experience in front office, reception, customer service, or school administration.
* Experience in an educational institution is preferred.
Skills Required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Telugu is an added advantage).
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
