Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our Tele Sales team. Your main role is to call potential customers, explain our services, and encourage them to take the next step. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain the company's products or services in a simple way.
- Understand customer requirements and answer basic questions.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain call records and customer details.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Work closely with the sales team.
Requirements:
- Any degree or diploma.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
