Profile: MySQL Database Administrator
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary Skills (WhatsApp Business API):
· Strong understanding of WhatsApp API workflow, templates, webhook events, and message status tracking
· Ability to analyze delivery failures, quality rating issues, and API response logs
Secondary Skills (SMS):
· Knowledge of SMPP, DLR flow, and DLT compliance
· Experience in OTP and promotional traffic monitoring
Basic Knowledge (RCS):
· Understanding of RCS reporting and delivery tracking
Database Skills (Mandatory):
· Strong hands-on experience in MySQL
· Ability to write complex queries (JOIN, GROUP BY, aggregations)
· Experience handling large transactional datasets and query optimization
Additional Requirements:
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
· Advanced Excel proficiency
· Experience in CPaaS/Telecom domain preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
