Role Overview
As an Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth daily operations, improve efficiency, and support delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day logistics and delivery operations
- Coordinate with delivery associates and supervisors
- Monitor shipment flow and track delivery performance
- Support in inventory and warehouse management activities
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports
- Identify process improvements and support implementation
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / BBA (Operations / Supply Chain preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / operations tools is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
