Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to acquire startups, SMEs, and entrepreneurs looking for funding through government grants, equity investments, and angel networks. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and closing deals for financial consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads (startups, MSMEs, entrepreneurs)
- Pitch fundraising services, including:
- Government schemes and grants
- Equity funding
- Angel investments
- Conduct client meetings (online and offline)
- Understand client requirements and assess funding eligibility
- Convert leads into paying clients
- Maintain CRM and manage the sales pipeline
- Build long-term relationships with founders and business owners
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred, not mandatory)
- 1–3+ years of experience in:
- Freshers and Interns
- Sales
- Business Development
- Financial Services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of:
- Startup ecosystem
- Funding or finance (preferred)
- Target-driven mindset
