Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead – HR Recruiter to lead our overseas recruitment team in Kochi. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for UAE/Qatar/Saudi clients (depends), mentoring recruiters, achieving team hiring targets, and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on recruitment experience, and the ability to drive team performance in a target-oriented environment.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Graduation Mandatory)
- Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year of team handling or leadership experience
- Experience in overseas recruitment, preferably GCC recruitment
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of recruiters to achieve daily and monthly hiring targets
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for UAE and GCC vacancies
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for client requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates
- Oversee onboarding activities and ensure timely document collection
- Monitor recruiter performance and provide coaching and guidance
- Allocate requirements and track recruitment progress
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and company standards

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
