- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations of BLDC motors and controllers
- Ensure achievement of production targets as per plan
- Optimize plant productivity and daily operations
- Implement effective production planning and capacity control
- Improve OEE and minimize downtime
- Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen)
- Manage maintenance and enhance equipment reliability
- Oversee supply chain coordination and inventory control
- Lead, train, and develop cross-functional teams
- Control costs and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Implement the Business strategy.
Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
