About The Role:
Creative Leadership & Execution
- Lead hands-on design for complex branding and packaging projects
- Step in on high-risk work to stabilize quality and direction
- Translate briefs into strong visual systems across brand and packaging
- Maintain excellence in typography, layout, and production detail
Project Flow & Quality
- Keep projects moving efficiently within ~3 revision cycles
- Review and refine work with clear, actionable feedback
- Act as final quality checkpoint before delivery
Team Mentorship & Culture
- Mentor designers to improve both craft and conceptual thinking
- Foster a culture of ownership, curiosity, and accountability
- Strengthen team communication and collaboration across functions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Project Managers on planning and resource allocation
- Break projects into clear phases without compromising creative integrity
- Partner with the Creative Director to improve processes and output quality
Client Interaction
- Join client discussions when clarity, alignment, or pushback is needed
- Present and defend creative decisions with strategic rationale
- Ensure feedback is clear, actionable, and efficiently implemented
Performance & Problem Solving
- Identify performance gaps and take proactive action (coach or escalate)
- Lead resolution of project or team challenges until stabilized
- Reduce reliance on senior escalation through ownership
Process & Efficiency
- Ensure adherence to SOPs while improving workflows where needed
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest smarter, more efficient approaches
Resource Management
- Co-manage team bandwidth with PMs to optimize output
- Anticipate workload shifts and adjust proactively
- Maintain high standards while ensuring efficiency
Red-Zone Ownership
- Take control of high-pressure or off-track projects
- Resolve issues quickly with PMs to restore momentum and client trust

- Projects move smoothly with fewer revisions
- Output is consistently high-quality and strategically sound
- Team members grow in both skill and ownership
- Clients experience clarity, confidence, and consistency
- The unit operates independently, proactively, and reliably
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
