Job Description: The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving the growth of Praper Media by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a solid grasp of the industry, exceptional writing proficiency, with the ability to create compelling, tailored, and conversion-driven outreach that drives engagement and conversions, along with strong sales and interpersonal abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate leads.
- Identify and research potential clients across industries.
- Initiate conversations, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Draft and send highly professional, persuasive, and personalised outreach emails and messages.
- Experience in creating compelling subject lines and opening hooks that improve email open and reply rates.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound client queries and messages.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Provide regular updates and reports on outreach efforts, conversions, and client feedback.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Strong written communication skills (mandatory), ability to write clear, concise, engaging, and results-driven emails and messages.
- Excellent email writing and LinkedIn outreach skills.
- Strong command of grammar, tone, and professional business communication across all written channels.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
