About the Role
We are a small food brand based in Trivandrum looking for a reliable kitchen helper to join our team. You will work directly with the kitchen team across the full production day, from morning prep through evening service and end-of-day cleanup.
What You'll Do
- Ingredient prep: washing, cutting, portioning, marinating
- Packaging finished food orders for pickup
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and stocked throughout the day
- Assisting with basic kitchen tasks as directed by the kitchen lead
What We're Looking For
- Honest, punctual, and physically capable of a full working day
- No prior kitchen experience required, we will train you
- Ability to follow instructions carefully
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Working Hours
This position runs 4 days a week (Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday), 11 AM to 11 PM — equivalent to 48 hours per week, same as a standard 6-day, 8-hour work schedule. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday are your off days.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
