We are looking for a candidate who can guide and assist prospective students throughout the admission process. The role involves counselling students, handling inquiries, and helping them choose the right course based on their goals. The candidate will also support students with career guidance and future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students through calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms
- Guide students in selecting the right course based on their interests and career goals
- Clearly communicate course details, structure, and outcomes
- Consistently follow up with leads and drive conversions
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions
- Support students throughout the admission journey, ensuring a smooth experience
- Provide basic career guidance and assist students with future opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure student satisfaction and progress
- Manage leads effectively from enquiry to final conversion
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and admission performance data
Required Skills
- Strong communication, counselling, and persuasion skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain relationships with students and parents
- Result-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills
- Good presentation and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and data management
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or a similar role
- Prior experience in a related field with understanding of course-based environments
- Awareness of culinary or skill-based courses is an added advantage
- Ability to guide students not only for admissions but also for career direction
- Someone who can support students with placements and future opportunities
- Self-driven, confident, and target-focused individual
