Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and experienced Interior Designer to handle projects from concept development through execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and execution teams to deliver high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their design requirements, lifestyle, business needs, and project objectives.
- Develop innovative interior concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and construction documents using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and photorealistic renders using SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar software.

- Residential Homes & Apartments
- Luxury Villas
- Farmhouses & Weekend Homes
- Resorts & Hospitality Projects
- Commercial Offices
- Retail & Showrooms
- Restaurants & Cafés
- Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, storage solutions, furniture layouts, false ceilings, lighting, and customized furniture.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project estimates.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP consultants, vendors, factory teams, and site supervisors.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and monitor project progress to ensure quality and design compliance.
- Select materials, finishes, colors, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and décor elements.
- Resolve on-site design and execution challenges.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget.
- Present design proposals professionally to clients and incorporate feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
