Position: F&B Service Waiter

Reporting To: Restaurant Manager
Job Summary
The F&B Service Waiter is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests by ensuring a pleasant dining experience through professional, courteous, and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Ensure tables are properly set before service and cleared after use.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
- Recommend menu items and answer guest queries.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely service.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and efficiently.
- Follow hotel SOPs, grooming standards, and food safety guidelines.
- Assist with banquet and event service when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in F&B Service is preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant service procedures.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
