Job Role and Responsibility:
To lead the Production team, Production management, Capacity Arrangement and utilisation, Inspections, Subcontracting, Man management, Estate & Machine Maintenance, Resource and Man utilisation, skill training, Safety and Security.
Education:
Graduate and above
Experience:
10yrs, 50% of experience shall be in a single company with exposure to small scale company
Languages:
English and Hindi
General skills: Verbal and written communication, Excel Formulas, Organising, Conflict resolving, Discipline, Self learner, Leadership.
Occupational Skills:
Engineering drawing, Manufacturing process, Machine operation, CNC VMC programming, Inventory management, Statutory, Negotiation, Systems and procedures, Reporting, MIS.
