Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be comfortable handling outbound and inbound calls while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products and services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Resolve customer queries or escalate them to the concerned team when required.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during all interactions.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Must have a stable internet connection, a laptop/desktop, and a quiet work environment for remote work.
- Willingness to work the 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST shift.
