EDUCATION & CRITICAL EXPERIENCE
- Mechanical or equivalent Engineering Degree with minimum 8 years of related product development experience.
- Master’s degree or higher or equivalent may be preferred with minimum 5 years of experience in related fields.
- Good knowledge in manufacturing process (machining, molding, stamping, plating, etc.) will be a plus.
- Good knowledge in material (metal/plastic) properties will be a plus.
- Familiarity with quality tools (FMEA, 6sigma, DOE, 8D…) will be a plus

- Fluent communication skills facilitate collaboration with own team, customers, internal business leaders and technology leaders to create value.
- Individual must be self-motivated and require minimum supervision, have strong planning skills and be able to deal with and balance multiple competing priorities.
- Working knowledge of new product development in line with market needs
- Working knowledge of simulation, design for manufacturability, product life cycle, product/materials development in manufacturing and prototyping
- Working knowledge of Creo/Pro-E 3D design, GD&T essential.
- Lean DfSS or DMAIC 6-sigma black or green belt are added advantage
- Experience in SAP product data management environment and with Windchill preferred
