JECRC University is seeking an immediate joiner, detail-oriented HR Executive with relevant experience in HR Operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong documentation skills, excellent written and verbal communication in English, and the ability to manage HR processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Prepare and maintain HR documents, letters, reports, and employee records.
- Handle onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and employee file management.
- Support recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Draft professional correspondence and HR communications.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, preferably in the university sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong documentation and record-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
