NetTrackers is looking for a proactive and communication-focused Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and client communication. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client handling, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, and networking
- Identify potential clients and build targeted prospect lists
- Handle complete outreach campaigns and follow-ups
- Communicate with international clients professionally via email and meetings
- Schedule discovery calls and coordinate with internal teams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and share project details with the team
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business documents
- Maintain CRM and track lead status regularly
- Achieve monthly lead generation and client acquisition targets
- Coordinate with marketing and SEO teams for service pitching
Required Skills
- Experience in LinkedIn outreach and email marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of lead generation and client acquisition strategies
- Ability to handle international clients professionally
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Good understanding of digital marketing, SEO, or web development services
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in agency or IT service sales
- Knowledge of proposal creation and sales pipelines
- Understanding of B2B outreach strategies
