Job Summary
The Customer Relation Manager is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer feedback, and supporting the sales team in achieving customer retention and business growth. The role focuses on improving customer experience throughout the vehicle sales process and post-sales follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationship activities in the sales department.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure timely follow-up with showroom walk-in customers and leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer updates and delivery processes.
- Maintain customer database and CRM records accurately.
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls after vehicle delivery.
- Monitor customer retention and repeat business activities.
- Plan and execute customer engagement programs and events.
- Ensure achievement of customer satisfaction targets (CSI).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain proper communication between customers and management.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide quick resolutions.
- Ensure dealership standards and company policies are followed.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- MBA preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in customer relationship management or automobile sales industry.
- Experience in dealership operations will be an added advantage.
