- Handles the site walk-in, provides technical details/ information of the unit, take part in negotiations & close deals
- Manage all the back office work from booking till sale deed execution
- Maintain database of clients for cold calling & references
- Coordinate with the engineering division for updates regarding site status
- Handle enquiries & provide solution to the customer according to their requirements
- Follow up with the clients for booking, payment
- Coordinate with the vendors to execute promotional tasks – Advertisement, Hoardings, Exhibitions
- Building & maintaining strong relationship with the customers
- Work to achieve sales target & revenue goals
- Work for customer referral
- Work on Marketing Campaigns
- Update the data immediately in the Software ( Mdoc)
- Prepare & share Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports
- Provide necessary support to sales team in working and client handling; support them to achieve the target
- Manage the Pre-Sales, sales, Post – Sales and after market activities with the help of sales team
- Monitor and review achievement against sales target and intiate the activities to increase the sales
- Market Survey to keep self-updated with current situation of the market and about competitors
- Map the geographical location by studying the area target segment, market, future development and use the study to market the property accordingly.
- Advises on forthcoming projects and discuss about special promotion
- Coordinate with Land Owner and investors as per company requirement
- Responsible for recovery agreement and follow up
