Minimum 8 years' experience in a healthcare communications agency or publishing environment in an editorial role.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and editorial excellence of promotional material submissions by expertly tagging and linking references, conducting in-depth proofreading, and collaborating with global creative teams to maintain the highest quality standards.

- Lead collaboration with global creative teams to deliver innovative and high-impact editorial solutions aligned with client needs.
- Conduct advanced proofreading across multiple articles, manuscripts, layouts, mechanicals, and final proofs with meticulous attention to detail.
- Perform rigorous fact-checking and validate content with references, applying deep therapeutic area expertise (e.g., oncology).
- Develop precise abstracts using authoritative online sources, ensuring adherence to medical, latest AMA style, and brand guidelines.
- Execute medical and language editing across diverse content formats, ensuring scientific accuracy and editorial integrity.
- Uphold the highest quality standards by ensuring error-free submissions and strict compliance with editorial and regulatory guidelines.
- Proactively enhance content by refining clarity, accuracy, and scientific impact while effectively engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Manages the overall life cycle of assets on Veeva Promo Mats / FUSE.
