Role Summary
We Are seeking a versatile and dynamic professional to manage end-to-end Human Resources functions while simultaneously handling critical back-office operations, including billing management, telephonic coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should be capable of balancing people management responsibilities with operational accuracy and administrative efficiency.
KRA: Task / Activities
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding management.
- Employee records, attendance, leave, and documentation management.
- Invoice generation, billing coordination, and payment follow-ups.
- Client, vendor, and candidate telephonic coordination.
- Administrative support and document management.
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Positions closed within agreed timelines.
- Accuracy of employee records and documentation.
- Timely invoice generation and dispatch.
- Collection follow-up effectiveness.
- Administrative accuracy and responsiveness.
