6. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketplace offers.
7. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
8. Resolve customer and marketplace-related issues promptly and professionally.
9. Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams for smooth execution.
10. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies while identifying opportunities to improve online sales and business growth.
