Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with a positive and professional attitude
- Manage client appointments, bookings, and follow-ups
- Handle front desk operations, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-ins
- Maintain client records, update CRM/software, and ensure timely reminders
- Coordinate with slimming consultants, therapists, and clinic staff
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily reporting
- Assist in client queries, service explanations, and program follow-ups
- Ensure a clean, organised, and customer-friendly reception area
- Support administrative tasks such as documentation, inventory tracking, and data entry
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Any degree / diploma
- 0–3 years of experience in front office, customer service, clinic reception, or hospitality
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
