About the Role
We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to manage the digital presence of our Hotel and Banquet across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning content, managing daily posts, engaging with our audience, and helping us grow our online presence while generating hotel and banquet inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Schedule and publish posts, Reels, Stories, and Shorts.
- Write engaging captions and select relevant hashtags.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Monitor engagement, reach, and account performance.
- Coordinate with the content creator for photos and videos.
- Stay updated with social media trends and implement new ideas.
- Assist in planning campaigns, promotions, festivals, and special event marketing.
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
- Generate ideas to increase followers, engagement, and bookings.
