Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead client design journeys from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and experience managing multiple residential interior projects while mentoring junior designers.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, requirements, and design preferences.
- Create innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential spaces.
- Develop space plans, layouts, mood boards, and 2D/3D designs using design software.
- Present design proposals and confidently close design discussions with clients.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Project Management, and Execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates.
- Ensure projects comply with company quality standards and timelines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve design-related issues.
- Mentor and guide junior designers to improve team performance.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in residential interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, space planning, materials, finishes, and furniture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and client relationship management skills.
Pay: ₹10,915.19 - ₹45,600.29 per month
