Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled .NET Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET technologies, React.js, Node.js, SQL Server, and Azure DevOps to design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise-grade applications. You will own end-to-end development across assigned modules—including front-end, back-end services, APIs, database development, production support, and CI/CD implementation—working as part of a collaborative engineering team under Technical Lead guidance.
This is a hands-on development role where you write production-ready code, resolve complex issues, deliver scalable applications, and ensure high-quality software releases.

What You’ll Do
Application Development
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#.
Build reusable components and implement clean architecture following coding standards and best practices.
Develop scalable REST APIs and backend services to support enterprise applications.
Front-End & Back-End Development
Build responsive user interfaces using React.js.
Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js.
Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend systems.
Database Development
Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases.
Develop ETL packages using SSIS.
Build reports using SSRS.
Optimize database queries, stored procedures, and application performance.
Production Support & Troubleshooting
Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications.
Perform root cause analysis for production incidents.
Debug application issues and implement permanent fixes.
Monitor application health and improve overall system stability.
DevOps & CI/CD
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps.
Support deployment automation and release management.
Participate in environment setup, maintenance, and deployment activities.
Application Modernization
Support migration of legacy applications to modern .NET technologies.
Implement performance improvements and application enhancements.
Contribute to cloud-ready application development initiatives.
Collaboration & Engineering Excellence
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Perform peer code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
Prepare technical documentation and maintain development artifacts.

Must-Have Skills
4–6 years of experience in enterprise application development using .NET technologies.
Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET, .NET Framework, and/or .NET Core.
Expertise in C# programming and object-oriented development.
Experience designing and developing REST APIs and Web Services.
Strong experience with SQL Server database development and optimization.
Hands-on experience with SSIS and SSRS.
Experience developing modern web applications using React.js.
Experience building backend services using Node.js.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support experience.
Good understanding of software architecture, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have
Experience with application modernization and migration projects.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes.
Experience with Azure App Services and Azure SQL.
Familiarity with Databricks or Data Engineering concepts.
Microsoft Azure or AWS certifications.
Experience working with enterprise-scale applications.

Demonstrate ownership of assigned workstreams while consistently following engineering best practices.
