Job Summary
We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer to build and scale internal tools, dashboards, and system integrations that power our logistics and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and invoicing solutions, and will play a key role in developing end-to-end features that ensure seamless data flow across our operational and financial systems.
This is an onsite role based out of our Faridabad office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
- Design, build, and enhance core WMS features such as inventory tracking, stock movement, order allocation, picking/packing workflows, and dispatch management
- Write, optimize, and manage complex database queries and aggregations to support WMS reporting, reconciliation, and real-time operational dashboards
- Build and manage APIs and system integrations for WMS, invoicing, and third-party tools
- Take ownership of specific WMS modules end-to-end—from requirement understanding to development, testing, and deployment
- Ensure smooth data flow and resolve data-related issues across systems
- Optimize application performance and database queries, particularly for high-volume warehouse and transactional data
- Identify and fix bugs, ensuring system reliability and uptime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, Finance, Product) to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Maintain code quality, documentation, and deployment processes
Key Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in MERN stack development
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.js
- Experience with MongoDB and database design
- Hands-on experience in API development and system integrations
- Relevant experience working on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or invoicing/billing solutions is highly preferred
- Good understanding of asynchronous programming and data handling
- Familiarity with Git and deployment workflows
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Faridabad, Haryana (Faridabad, Faridabad District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
