Position Summary
A Purchase Executive is responsible for managing the organization's procurement activities to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and quality-focused acquisition of goods and services. The role involves supplier sourcing, price negotiation, purchase order management, inventory coordination, and maintaining strong vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities1. Sourcing and Supplier Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve the best value.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards.
- Resolve supplier-related issues and identify alternative sourcing options when required.
- 2. Procurement Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
3. Cost Management and Analysis
- Analyze procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure purchases are made within approved budgets.
- Prepare purchase reports, spending analyses, and vendor performance reports.
- Support cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
- Create, process, and manage purchase orders from initiation to completion.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
- Track order status and coordinate with suppliers for on-time delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience
- Relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain management, or vendor management is preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
