Tech Support/Desktop Support

End User Support
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and operating system issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office apps.
- Handle user account management, password resets, and access-related issues.
- Provide remote and onsite support to users across locations.
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory and user allocation records.
- Ensure timely closure of IT support tickets and user issues.
Network Support
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.
- Support configuration and basic troubleshooting of switches, firewalls, access points, and network devices.
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for network-related issue resolution.
- Monitor network availability and escalate critical issues when required.
- Support branch connectivity and remote user access.
IT Operations
- Monitor daily IT operational health and ensure availability of critical services.
- Assist in patch management, antivirus monitoring, and endpoint security activities.
- Support backup monitoring and basic restoration activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, hardware replacement, and service requests.
- Maintain documentation of incidents, configurations, and SOPs.
- Assist in IT audits, compliance activities, and policy implementation.
- Support IT infrastructure upgrades and rollout activities.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environment.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and user applications.
- Familiarity with Active Directory user administration.
- Basic understanding of IT security and endpoint protection tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and user-handling abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
