Job Title: Desktop Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Desktop Engineer to provide technical support and ensure smooth functioning of end-user systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Windows OS and hardware troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support for hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems
- Troubleshoot system, network, and peripheral issues
- Handle user queries and resolve tickets within SLA
- Install and support applications, printers, and devices
- Maintain system documentation and reports
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS
- Experience in hardware troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Eligibility:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Candidates from Karnataka / Tamil Nadu preferred
Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
