Job Summary
Systacare Remedies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering Department. The candidate will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and electrical systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Maintenance
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, control panels, MCCs, and associated systems.
- Maintain electrical circuits, power distribution systems, and control wiring.
- Ensure proper functioning of Star-Delta starters and motor control systems.
Pharmaceutical Equipment Maintenance
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of pharmaceutical machinery including:
- Ampoule Filling Machines
- Dry Powder Filling Machines
- Autoclaves
- Sterilization Tunnels
- DHS (Dry Heat Sterilizers)
Instrumentation & Testing
- Use electrical testing instruments such as:
- Multimeters
- Clamp Meters
- Insulation Resistance Testers (Meggers)
- Other maintenance tools and equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and testing to identify potential issues.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all electrical safety procedures and GMP requirements.
- Adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures during maintenance activities.
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company policies.
Documentation
- Maintain records of breakdowns, repairs, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions.
- Prepare maintenance reports and equipment history records.
- Assist in audits and documentation requirements.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, motors, MCCs, control panels, and PLC basics.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency breakdowns.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- ITI in Electrical Trade (Mandatory).
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
- Knowledge of GMP, safety standards, and maintenance documentation will be an added advantage.
Location: As per Company Requirement
Reporting To: Engineering Head
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
