- Provide immediate medical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients presenting to the hospital.
- Attend all emergency cases and stabilize patients before consultant review or transfer.
- Examine patients, document clinical findings, and formulate treatment plans.
- Admit patients under appropriate consultants after discussion and approval.
- Monitor admitted patients and provide ongoing medical management as required.
- Respond promptly to all emergency calls, Code Blue, and patient deterioration.
- Coordinate with consultants and ensure timely communication regarding patient conditions.
- Prescribe medications, investigations, and procedures within hospital protocols.
- Interpret laboratory and radiology reports and initiate appropriate management.
- Assist consultants during medical procedures and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation in patient medical records.
- Ensure informed consent is obtained whenever applicable.
- Communicate effectively with patients and relatives regarding clinical updates.
- Follow infection prevention and control protocols at all times.
- Ensure rational use of antibiotics and adherence to antimicrobial stewardship guidelines.
- Participate in ward rounds and clinical discussions with consultants.
- Coordinate with Nursing, Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, and other departments for seamless patient care.
- Ensure timely referrals and transfers whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Comply with NABH standards, hospital policies, and statutory regulations.
- Participate in CMEs, training programs, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Complete all medico-legal documentation accurately and promptly.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Medical Superintendent or Hospital Management.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
