RESPONSIBILITIES
- Convert inbound leads from Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, Facebook, Google and the website into confirmed bookings.
- Sell the full catalogue: Char Dham & Ramayan Yatra, helicopter & luxury packages, domestic and international tours, corporate and group travel.
- Build tailored, well-priced itineraries matched to each traveller's budget, faith and travel style.
- Own monthly and quarterly sales targets with an accurate, up-to-date CRM pipeline.
- Share lead-quality and conversion feedback with the marketing/media team to sharpen campaigns.
- Provide attentive service from first enquiry through post-trip follow-up to drive reviews, repeats and referrals.
- Track tourism trends, seasonal demand (yatra season, holidays) and competitor pricing.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–3 years of sales experience in the tourism/travel industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable selling across digital, social media and WhatsApp channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English (regional languages a plus).
- Hands-on with CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Graduate in any field; Tourism, Hospitality or Marketing preferred.

PREFERRED (A BIG PLUS)
- Knowledge of Char Dham / pilgrimage circuits.
- Prior experience selling tour packages over social media or WhatsApp.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
