Job Summary
We are seeking an target-driven Business Development Executive to promote the institute, generate student leads for MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA & other courses and support admission activities through field visits. The role involves outreach, counselling, and converting prospects into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching centres
- Collect student data, leads, and follow-ups by explaining courses available, admission process, USP of the institute and explain admission procedures promote institute courses, programs, and admission offerings by organising events / Skill Development activities on contemporary programme topic at different towns, inside & outside odisha the help of with potential teacher of institution.
- Build relationships with institutions, agents, and partners
- Coordinate with telecalling and admission teams for conversion
- Achieve field activity goals
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years experience in field liasiming with colleges, University and coaching centre
- Freshers with strong communication and field interest may apply
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Willingness to travel and work in field
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Preferred Skills
- Experience in education admissions or field marketing
- Knowledge of local market and institutions
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
