- HVAC & Climate Control: Operating and servicing large-scale air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems across rooms, lobby spaces, and kitchens. [1, 2]
- Plumbing & Water Systems: Maintaining water heaters, sewage treatment plants, swimming pool filtration, and irrigation systems. [1, 2]
- Electrical & Lighting: Managing backup generators, transformers, high-voltage panels, and interior/exterior architectural lighting. [1, 2]
2. Guest Comfort & Operations
- Breakdown Response: Promptly addressing in-room maintenance calls (e.g., faulty smart locks, plumbing leaks, or thermostat issues) to ensure guest satisfaction.
