Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Multilingual Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their queries, provide information about our services, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should be fluent in multiple languages and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have basic knowledge about Tourism and can make itienarary.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, complaints, and service requests.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending requests and feedback.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM/software systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Generate leads and support sales activities through telecalling.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets.
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate department.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication in multiple languages.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or call center operations.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, Bengali, and additional regional/international languages will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience using CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customer interactions.
