Attending day-to-day machine breakdowns of the Paint shop, Managing shifts & performing preventive/predictive maintenance activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Attending Day to day machine breakdowns of Paint shop machines (Paint system, Robots, Conveyor, Lifts, Sealer system)
- He should be able to fix fault in the above m/cs
- He should be able to manage shift
- Preventive & predictive maintenance planning & execution
- Spare parts planning,
- Analysis and preparation of various reports like 5w1H, Monthly,etc
- Knowhow of ISO: 9001/14000/45001 system
Competencies / Skills
Functional/Technical:
1. Paint mixing/circulating circuit systems
2. Mechanical systems of Conveyors, Lifts, Sealer system, Robots
3. Mechanical drawings and parts knowledge
4. Electrical circuit, Servo system, PLC Programming, CC link, Device Networking, Robot programming
5. Fanuc robot maintenance operations.
6. ED coating systems, rectifier and high voltage transformer systems for paints.
7. Paint oven, ASU system
8. Hot water generator system, heat exchanger.
7 Ability to prioritize & deploy resources, coordinate with production.
